Run by the We Care Committee, Lane’s Employee Campaign raises much needed funds for scholarships and programs. The Miller Foundation matching grant opportunity has been offered for a third year, this will help your scholarship gifts go even further!
Through the generosity of 327 Lane employees the 2009 We Care Campaign raised $29,676 for United Way of Lane County and $81,925 for the LCC Foundation for a total of $111,601! Lane Community College employee gifts are making a real difference in our community and in the lives of our students!

Scholarships achieve dreams!

You can designate where you would like your gifts to go:
- The funds raised through the campaign can be designated to provide scholarships that will help students achieve academic success.
This year, your gift can go even further with the Miller Foundation match! For more information about scholarship funds contact the Foundation: 541-463-5226.
- Funds can also go to specific programs at Lane Community College.
- Funds donated to the United Way support community organizations on which many of our students depend to succeed in school.
Employees also receive a United Way donor form, allowing you to give to United Way of Lane County agencies and programs. A donation to United Way of Lane County advances the common good by focusing on education, income and health - the basic building blocks for a good life. Donations can be given to either the Lane Community College Foundation, to community organizations through United Way of Lane County, or to both if so desired. Your department representative can answer any questions regarding payment options for the donations.

During the fall campaign, return your forms to your department representative or to the LCC Foundation office any time.
Be sure to sign the forms & keep the back copy for your records before turning them in!
