Gifts to the Lane Community College Foundation qualify as charitable
contributions to an I.R.S Section 501 (c)(3) organization for federal
estate and gift tax purposes. All donations are tax deductible to
the fullest extend allowable by law.
The Lane Community College Foundation acts in a fiduciary capacity
in administering gifts in strict compliance with the instructions
of the donor. If a gift is not accompanied by instructions, its
use is determined by the Board of Trustees and directed to the program(s)
with the most pressing needs.
