Straightforward Media Vocational Technical Scholarship

  • Must be enrolled in a vocational and technical education program. $500

 Google Scholarships

  • A long list of scholarships. Look for the Anita Borg Scholarship. Must be a female student entering her senior year of undergraduate study or be enrolled in a graduate program; be enrolled in Computer Science or Computer Engineering program, or a closely related technical field as a full-time student; 3.5 GPA.

 AISES Scholarships

  • An extensive list of scholarships.

 ISA Educational Foundation Scholarships

  • A short list of scholarships.

 Technology Scholarship for Undergraduates

  • Respond to a question in a 250 to 350 word essay. $1,000

 Society of Women Engineers Scholarships

  • For women admitted to accredited baccalaureate or graduate programs, in preparation for careers in engineering, engineering technology and computer science. In fiscal year 2008, SWE disbursed more than 130 new and renewed scholarships valued at more than $400,000.

JEMS Awards and Grants

  • Four scholarships offered with various qualifications throughout this website.

Bound Tree Legacy Scholarship

  • Student must be the son or daughter of a career or volunteer firefighter or EMT, who is on active duty, retired or deceased and must plan to attend a state approved EMT Basic certification program or increase your level of certification through an EMT Intermediate or Paramedic certification program.

Tylenol Scholarship

  • 40 students that are pursuing careers in the medical field. $5000-$10,000

 NAWIC Scholarship

  • Scholarship range from $1000-$2000 and are offered to worthy recipients in construction-related programs.

 Society of Women Engineers Scholarships

  • Provides financial assistance to women admitted to accredited baccalaureate or graduate programs, in preparation for careers in engineering, engineering technology and computer science.

 DEED Student Research Grant/Internship Application

  • Students must be attending school in a country with at least one DEED member, and Applications must be sent from a DEED member utility and must be dated and signed on the last page by an authorized individual at that utility.

ENGINEERING SCHOLARSHIPS 
Straightforward Media Engineering Scholarship

  • For students entering an engineering program. $500

Science Mathematics And Research for Transformation (SMART) Scholarship

  • Created to support undergraduate and graduate students pursuing degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines.

American Indian Science and Engineering Society Scholarships

  • A short list of scholarships.

Association for Iron & Steel Technology Foundation Scholarships

  • AIST Foundation scholarships are awarded on an annual basis to talented and dedicated students to encourage them to pursue careers within iron- and steel-related industries.

AES Engineering Solutions Scholarship

  • A scholarship that will be awarded on the basis of character, as determined by evaluated the essays that are submitted.

Because Green Matters Scholarship Program

  • Two deserving students in a green-industry-related field will be awarded $2,500 scholarships from the new Project EverGreen Because Green Matters Scholarship Program.

DEED Student Research Grants Internship Application

  • Students must be attending school in a country with at least one DEED member (listed on site), and only graduate or undergraduate students studying in energy-related disciplines from accredited colleges or universities are eligible for scholarships.

Howard Vollum American Indian Scholarship

  • Applicant must be an American Indian, a resident of Clackamas, Multnomah, or Washington county, Oregon, or Clark County, Washington, be enrolled full time, and demonstrate financial need.

Society of Women Engineers Scholarships

  • The SWE Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to women in preparation for careers in engineering, engineering technology and computer science.

American Chemical Society (ACS) Scholarships

  • Awards renewable scholarships of up to $5,000 to underrepresented minority students who want to enter the fields of chemistry or chemistry-related fields, such as environmental science, toxicology and chemical technology.

SRP Navajo Generating Station Scholarship

  • Applicants must be enrolled members of the Navajo Nation who will be full-time students and will be given priority to the math, engineering and environmental studies.  Must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA.

NSBE Scholarships

  • A wide variety of scholarships are offered through this site with different qualifications for each.

CIB Foundation Scholarship

  • $1500 will be awarded to students who are qualified seniors during the entire scholarship period and have completed their junior year in Engineering (all disciplines), Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management.

Barry M. Goldwater Scholarship

  • Applicants must submit an online application along with letters of recommendation and an essay.

Kimmel & Associates Scholarship

  • $1,000 prize lends assistance to young people that are believed to represent the hard work and optimism; that will keep construction healthy and drive the industry forward in the future.

Harold E. Ennes Scholarship Fund

  • Three different scholarships are offered with preference to applicants who are members of SBE; however, any individual otherwise eligible is encouraged to apply.

NAWIC Founders’ Scholarship

  • Each year we are pleased to award over $25,000 to worthy recipients in construction-related programs. Award amounts range from $1,000 to $2,000.

The Ocean Foundation Scholarship

  • An in-depth proposal must be submitted to receive this scholarship.  Applicant is chosen by their ability to show leadership, teamwork, and innovative ideas.

Annie’s Homegrown Sustainable Agriculture Scholarship

  • The scholarship program assists undergraduate and graduate students who are pursuing studies in Sustainable and Organic Agriculture. 

Douglas Timber Operators Scholarships

  • Scholarships offered at various times of the year, and will be updated periodically on this site.

Apprentice Ecologist Initiative Scholarship

  • Gives 3 options on how to qualify for scholarships such as initiate a plan for an environmental clean-up, planting trees, or organize and conduct an environmental stewardship project.
