ACCOUNTING SCHOLARSHIPS

National Society of Accountants Scholarship

  • Applicants are judged on scholastic achievement, demonstrated leadership ability and financial need.

The Oregon Association of Independent Accountants

  • Must be a resident of the State of Oregon. Based on financial need, scholastic achievement, personal qualifications, and professional promise.

The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants

  • A short list of scholarships with brief descriptions below each one on the website.

Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants

  • 5 Scholarships available, requirements and brief descriptions are given on the website.

American Society of Women Accountants

  • Scholarships for women in their 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th year of college working towards an accounting or finance degree.

The Stephen Bufton Memorial Educational Fund

AGRICULTURE/ HORTICULTURE SCHOLARSHIPS

Oregon Farm Bureau

  • 8-10 scholarships for new and continuing full-time students, who are pursuing an agriculture-related major $1,000.

Tillamook scholarship application

  • Must be a graduate of a Tillamook County high school. Or a Tillamook county resident for at least two years. (More requirements can be found on website).

Oregon Association of Nurseries Scholarship program

  • Scholarships for deserving students preparing for a career in ornamental horticulture and related fields.

Oregon Agricultural Education Foundation  

  • Available to college-level juniors, seniors, and students seeking a graduate level teaching degree.

American Floral Endowment

  • Long list of scholarships due by May 1 each year.

Professional Grounds Management Society

  • Applicant must be a current student of horticulture or a related field must be sponsored by a PGMS member.

United Agribusiness League scholarship

  • $600,000 in scholarship monies to students in need of funding for college. Applicants must be affiliated with UAL or UABT, either through a member or an employee of a member.

National Poultry & Food Distributors Association

  • Must be a college junior or senior the upcoming (award) year at a U.S. institution.

Annie’s Homegrown Sustainable Agriculture Scholarship

  • Must be focusing on classes in sustainable agriculture.

National Organization for Women Poster Contest

Women in Aviation Memphis Belles Scholarships

  • The Women in Aviation Memphis Belles chapter supports the professional development of women by offering 1 conference scholarship, 1 aviation education scholarship, and 1 Colleen Platt-Walker Scholarship for any flight certificate.

The Alaskan Airmen Association scholarships
