Employee Recognition Award

Information Technology awards outstanding IT employees at each quarterly department meeting with an award and lunch for two at the Renaissance Room.

January 2010:
The IT Leadership Team has determined that it is time to dust off the FROAD and resume the You're I.T.! awards. For those of you who are new, the You're IT award is a our way of recognizing and appreciating the high level of service provided throughout the department. "You're I.T." is presented to an employee selected by the IT Leadership Team (ITLT) from a list of employees nominated by you. Here are the details:

The award: a gorgeous statuette (the FROAD) and lunch for two at the Renaissance Room (TWO awards!)

The process: IT staff should send an email to Todd, with the name of the person you are nominating and a paragraph or so with your reasons for nominating them. Send the email by 5 PM on February 2nd.

The criteria: we are looking for people who provide outstanding service, or who respond to a tough challenge or unexpected demand, or people who make Lane a better place to work. If you know someone who fits the criteria, or who deserves recognition for what they contribute, please take a minute to nominate them. You're I.T.! will be presented to a different employee at each quarterly department meeting.
