IT Service Center (ITSC)

Information Technology Maintenance Calendar

Emergency downtime is intended to address systems issues that require immediate attention. Every effort will be made to minimize interruptions in critical services. Whenever possible, warnings will precede the downtime via email, web postings or telephone messages.

Unscheduled downtime is intended to address non-emergency systems issues that cannot wait until the next scheduled downtime. Warnings will precede the downtime via email, web postings or telephone messages.

Scheduled downtime is used to maintain systems reliability, upgrade software, replace or repair hardware, and backup data.

Regularly scheduled downtimes include:

  • Sunday through Friday from 12:01 am to 4 am
  • Friday evening from 6 pm to 10 pm
