Lane's Honors Program Leadership Team

In the Lane Honors Program, faculty and students work together in small classes to pursue genuine academic inquiry. We value in-depth reading and research, thoughtful reflection and rigorous dialogue. We also believe true education isn’t limited to the classroom.

Guest speakers, faculty mentors and honors librarians present exciting discoveries, new ideas and advanced research methods that complement coursework and contribute to the program’s interdisciplinary approach to learning.

The mission of the Lane Honors Program is to provide challenging and transformative student learning experiences by offering honors courses and options in a variety of academic disciplines.

The Honors Program is committed to advancing academic rigor, scholarly inquiry, creativity, independent thinking and civic growth throughout the campus community.
