The advisory commitee is composed of faculty, staff, business leaders, culinary, and hospitality alumni and professionals, and students. The advisory commitee meets at least once a month and is involved in curriculum development, fundraising, and program content review.  As of Fall 2010, the members of this commitee are as follows:
