Post-training survey - This survey is to be taken by faculty at the end of their Sustainability Infusion Project training.
Planning Form - This form may be used in Sustainability Infusion Project trainings as a guide for thinking through the modifications to make to a course.
Tracking Form - Once you infuse your class with sustainability, please fill out this short tracking form and send it to Jennifer Hayward.
Student Feedback Survey - Once you have infused sustainability into a class and taught the class, please give this survey to students so that we may track the effectiveness of this project.
