Culinary and hospitality students present "The Darjeeling Express" classical cuisine dinner and silent auction at LCC, March 4

EUGENE, OR – Culinary and hospitality students at Lane Community College invite the public to the annual winter classical cuisine dinner, titled, "The Darjeeling Express—Celebrating the Cuisine of India," on Thursday, March 4. A silent auction and hors d'oeuvres reception begins at 5 p.m. with dinner beginning at 6 p.m., in the Center for Meeting and Learning, building 19, main campus, 4000 E. 30th Avenue, Eugene. Proceeds will benefit the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Program.

Tickets are $35 each or $250 for a table of eight, and are available for online purchase until Wednesday, March 3 at 2011sitearchive.lanecc.edu/culinary/cuisine.htm.
