College Photographs
Marketing and Public Relations has a collection of photographic images for use in marketing the college. The collection of photographic images includes photographs of students, shots of campus and stock photography of people and objects. These images are consistently used in brochures, ads, displays, the college website, and other marketing pieces. For more information, contact Tracy Simms at simmst@lanecc.edu or ext. 5889.
Portraits
In order to meet requests from news media, the college's public information officer has a collection of portraits of the president, vice presidents, and members of the board of education.
Cameras
Marketing and Public Relations has cameras available for checkout by other departments for use on projects related to marketing and public relations. The cameras include a 35mm fully automatic camera and a digital camera. To borrow a camera, contact Joan Aschim at ext. 5591 or Tracy Simms at ext. 5889.
Model Releases
If publishing photographs or other images where students will be recognizable, or publishing testimonials from students along with their name, a signed release form needs to be completed by the subject, and then the completed model release form should be maintained by the department publishing the image.
