Services Audiovisual Equipment Use and Loan Policies 1. All loans are subject to the availability of the equipment. 2. Under no circumstance is any unauthorized person to modify or repair equipment on loan from AV Services. Authorized personnel are AV Services staff, Electronic Services technicians, and IT Helpdesk Technicians.
