College Preparation Courses

Core College Connections offers structured classes or independent study in reading, writing and/or math that focus on preparing college bound students for college placement exams or the "Ability to Benefit" test. Core College Connections can also assist credit students currently enrolled in Math 10 and Math 20 classes.

Everything You Want to know About College Before You Start is a noncredit, pre-college admission class that will help those exploring college develop knowledge about starting classes, identify key campus resources, understand important college systems and operations, and develop strategies for succeeding academically.

Both programs are tuition-free. For more information, contact the Adult Basic and Secondary Education office at (541) 463-5214, Monday through Thursday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
