Composition

The Technology Advising and Consulting Team (TACT) should:

• Consist of approximately ten members
• Be broadly representative of the five alignment functions identified in the "Balanced Representation" section of the Membership Criteria
• Have both carry-over members and new members annually, staggering term appointments
• Be nominated by an open process
• Be recommended by the current TACT

Furthermore, members should have:

• Expertise, experience, and energy for addressing technology issues
• A focus on technology at the institution level
• Time for performing team functions.
