Student Productions Association announces 2011/12 season calendar
EUGENE, Oregon - Student Productions Association of Lane Community College today announced its 2011-2012 season:

Director: Judith "Sparky" Roberts
Dates: April 12th- 28th
SPA will be changing all performances to a 7:30 p.m. curtain in order accommodate attendees utilizing public transportation.
About the directors:
Veteran director Chris Pinto most recently helmed One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest at LCC and Shakespeare in Hollywood at The VLT to sell-out crowds and rave reviews.
Lilith Lincoln-Dinan has been actively involved with LCC Theatre for many years; Dog Sees God marks her much-anticipated directorial debut.
Michael Watkins, whose latest smash hits include Follies at The VLT and Rent at LCC, is a seminal figure in Eugene's musical theatre community.
Judith "Sparky" Roberts, LCC's in-residence Shakespeare maven and producer of the perennial Shakespeare Showcase, recently shepherded the classic The Taming of the Shrew at LCC.

Student Productions Association, a non-profit organization, provides a unique opportunity for theatre students at Lane Community College to work as part of a legitimate theatre company. Students have an opportunity to learn all aspects of running a theatre, providing them with valuable tools that will serve them well in life and prepare them to pursue a career in professional theatre.
