Career Fair 2011 brings employers to LCC April 20
EUGENE, OR – Career Fair 2011 will be held Wednesday, April 20, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lane Community College main campus in the Center for Meeting and Learning, Building 19, 4000 East 30th Avenue, Eugene.
The Career Fair is in its 21st year. It’s free event and open to the public. Tina Hunter, career and employment advisor, recommends that people come dressed as they would for a job interview and bring their resume.
The goal is to bring together employers and job seekers from the college and the community. To see a list of participating employers, go online to 2011sitearchive.lanecc.edu/ces
There will be door prizes including free tuition for a three-credit class, free tickets to a Blue Door Theater production, and lunch for two at the Renaissance Room, a student-run restaurant on campus.
Career Fair 2011 is sponsored by Lane Community College Career and Employment Services, EARS (Eugene Area Radio Stations), and U.S. Bank.
