News From Lane Community College Performing Arts

Lane Community College presents End of Winter Term Concert Series March 4-10

Jazz trombonist James Zeller is the special guest artist for the Lane Jazz Ensemble and Spectrum Vocal Jazz Concert on March 4 at 7:30 p.m. |
Lane Community College will present the End of Winter Term Concert Series beginning March 4 and continuing through March 10, 2011.
The event information is as follows:
- March 4, 7:30 p.m. The Lane Jazz Ensemble will be joined by Spectrum Vocal Jazz and Guest Artist James Zeller – trombone. This is the first time the Lane Jazz Ensemble and Spectrum Jazz have performed together.
- March 6, 3:00 p.m. The Lane Chamber Orchestra performs under the directioin of Ron Bertucci.
- March 9, 7:30 p.m. The Lane Symphonic Band performs on a double bill with the new Lane Percussion Ensemble.
- March 10, 7:30 The Lane Concert Choir, the Lane Chamber Choir and the Lane Gospel Choir conclude the series with a selection of tunes for every ear.
All performances will be in the Performance Hall on the main campus.
Tickets are $5 general admission, $3 for students, Lane staff and seniors 55+
Tickets will be sold at the door only for this series.
