Eric Razo, a 36-year-old native of Mexico, began taking ESL classes to advance in his work at Monaco Tools in Eugene. The cost is $47 for an 11-week class. Students are eligible for a free LCC Bus Pass. Some classes require purchase of a textbook. Additional fees may apply to students with certain types of non-immigrant visas.
