Downtown businesses hold block party Sept. 10 for LCC campus project

EUGENE, OR – Downtown businesses invite the public to a "Let's Build It Together Block Party," a fundraiser for the Lane Community College downtown campus project, this Friday, Sept. 10, from 3-9 p.m. in the downtown Broadway and Pearl district. The district spans East Broadway between Oak and Pearl and the surrounding area.

The event will feature sidewalk sales, raffles prizes, a wine auction, spin the wheel contests, an art show, live entertainment, and more. The best part—proceeds will benefit the Lane Community College downtown campus.

  • 4:00 p.m. The Ultimate Shine by Footwise
  • 4:30 p.m. Cooking with Experts at Zenon Cafe
  • 5:00 p.m. Reidel Wine Tasting at Ambrosia
  • 5:30 p.m. Top Trends in Home Decor by Nick and Nora's
  • 6:00 p.m. Re-purposing Older and Unused Jewelry by Goldworks
  • 6:30 p.m. The Art of Grouping by Vistra Framing and Gallery
  • 7:00 p.m. Let your Accessories do the Talking by Nick and Nora's
  • 7:30 p.m. Ceramics and Pottery Painting Tips at BrushFire
