LCC board retreat July 28
EUGENE - The Lane Community College Board of Education will hold a retreat on Wednesday, July 28, from 3:30-8 p.m. in the Center for Meeting and Learning on main campus, building 19, 4000 E. 30th Avenue, Eugene.
At approximately 3:30 p.m., a closed Executive Session will be called to order under ORS 192.660(1)(i), Performance Evaluations of Public Officers and Employees; ORS 192.660(1)(d) Labor Negotiator Consultations; ORS 192.660(1)(h), Legal Counsel; and ORS 192.660(1)(e), Real Property Transactions. A special Board of Education meeting will follow at 4:15 p.m. to discuss the reauthorization of Community College Rules of Procurement.
Following in open session, the board will discuss: strategic directions; budget use of ending fund balance and stabilization fund; downtown campus project manager and housing; board evaluation and goals.
The board does not take action in retreats or work sessions.
