Documentary film “Papers” to be shown at LCC
EUGENE - The Associated Students of Lane Community College, in collaboration with the college Diversity Office and Diversity Council, will show the documentary film “Papers” at Lane Community College main campus, 4000 E. 30th Avenue, this week.
“Papers” is an in-depth look into the lives of five undocumented youth and the challenges they face while trying to achieve the American Dream. Approximately 2 million youth face the same circumstances currently in the United States. A discussion session will follow each of the two showings:
- Thursday, March 4, 12 p.m., Center Building first floor cafeteria
- Friday, March 5, 7 p.m., Building 6 Performance Hall
The event is free and open to the public.
