Brown Bag Discussion on Customer Services and the Bottom Line Held at the Business Development Center
Eugene, OR - Join Gary Smith, Host and Small Business Management Instructor/Advisor for an interactive Brown Bag discussion of what makes great customer service, how to improve it, and turn every difficult customer into a client for life.
