INSTRUCTOR HELPS SMALL BUSINESSES WORK ON THEIR BUSINESS

Smith teaches business owners from early stage to existing businesses and Recipe for a Successful Restaurant a workshop for improved leadership and highlighting processes that can reduce costs.
Gary brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the BDC that includes: business plan writing, financial projections (cash flow, profit & loss, balance sheet), financial analysis, early stage business development and planning, goal setting, personnel issues, and basic sales & marketing. He has an MBA in business management and a BA in organizational leadership from Franklin University, holds a Six Sigma Green Belt process engineer certification, and has an Elite Cruise Counselor Scholar designation from the Cruise Line Industry Association.
