COLLABORATIONS ‘08 - a Dance Concert of Modern, Ballet, Hip Hop and Jazz.

Tickets: $10.00 adults, $6.00 students
Two evenings of high- powered dance in styles ranging from ballet and modern to hip- hop and jazz opens at the end of February on the main stage in Performing Arts, Bldg. 6 on the main campus at LCC. This annual dance concert is presented by the Lane Dance program. Coordinated by Bonnie Simoa, head of the Lane Dance program, COLLABORATIONS ‘08 will perform Friday, February 29 and Saturday, March 1 at 8:00 p.m. Tickets are $10.00 adults, $6.00 students. Tickets may be purchased at the door beginning 45 minutes before the concert. Lane ticket office information line: 463- 5202.
COLLABORATIONS ‘08 is an evening of high- powered dance featuring works choreographed by Simoa, as well as part- time dance faculty, Eileen Barringer, Florabelle Moses, Sarah Nemecek, Anita Sanford, and Margo Van Ummersen. Amy Stottart, UO dance faculty, has choreographed dancers from The Eugene Youth Ballet for this concert. Ali Magee designed the King Krew costumes; Richelle Rudeen for the Youth Ballet and Catherine Cowsill designed for most of the remaining dances.
Dancers include Joanna Allen, Jim Ballard, Tiffany Boden, Kalysa Bond, Erin Bontrager, Kim Christensen, Megan Crookes, Jasmine Duvall, Kimberly Ely, Megan Flom, Melissa Foynes, Sally Gibson, Treasure Gilmore, Sabrina Harden, Jessica Ingalls- Johnston, Julia Kepler, Shaina Ketcherside, Hilary Fulp Kretchner, Lindsay LePon, Ali Magee, Courtney Moore, Rebecca Morris, Nicholette Nielson, Arielle Olson, Colleen O’Malley, Siaki Poasa, Anita Sanford, Mindy Schmidling, Lindsey Shields, Cynthia Spencer, Amory Spindler, Mellissa Swift, Nicole Trobaugh, Briony Walker, Katie Wierenga, Alex Winkleman, Tamarra White, and Jana Zahler. Dancers from the Eugene Youth Ballet include Amanda Bettman, Heather Bridgham, Katie Carter, Amanda Coleman, Laura McCullough, Katy Stein, Gina Vanderbush, Monica Vanderbush and Arielle VonHippel.
