SCOTT ROOK PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBIT OPENS FEBRUARY 4
EUGENE, OR - The Lane Community College Art Gallery is proud to present the works Portland photographer Scott Rook. This exhibition, titled "All Trains go to Embankment," is a unique collection of images from Scott's travels and "relates directly to the effects and influences on his world view," he says.
"These photos are not necessarily literal views of a place or object, but possibly just impressions of how I remember it or I felt about it or perhaps how I feel it should be," says Rook.
The show runs from February 4 through 21. A lecture and reception will be held February 4. The lecture is from 3-4 p.m. with the reception immediately following from 4-5 p.m. The reception is free and open to the public. The gallery is located in building 11 on main campus, 4000 E. 30th Avenue. There is no charge for admission. The Art and Applied Design Department phone number is 463-5409.
