LCC EARNS BUDGET EXCELLENCE AWARD
EUGENE - Lane Community College has received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada. The award recognizes the budget’s effectiveness as a policy document, a financial plan, an operations guide, and a communications piece. The GFOA presents the awards to institutions who have “pioneered efforts to improve the quality of budgeting and provide an excellent example for other governments throughout North America.” The association serves 16,800 government finance professionals.
