LCC board invites public to community conversations
EUGENE - What do you need from Lane Community College? Your board of education wants to know.
The LCC board is planning a series of Community Conversations. Public feedback will help answer some big questions ahead. What should be the priorities for Lane in the future? What should the college look like in terms of offerings?
Members of the public are encouraged to attend a Community Conversation to help the board plan for local education and training needs. Two conversations have been scheduled to date:
Tuesday, November 20, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Springfield City Hall, Library Meeting Room, 225 Fifth Street
Hosted by board members Pat Riggs-Henson, Pat Albright, and Susie Johnston
Monday, November 26, 5:30-7:30 p.m.
LCC Downtown Center, 1059 Willamette Street, Eugene
Hosted by board members Bob Ackerman, Pat Albright, and Tony McCown
Watch 2011sitearchive.lanecc.edu for additional Community Conversations dates and places or contact the Lane Community College President's Office at 463-5200.
If you need disability accommodations in order to attend or participate, contact Disability Services at 463-5150 (voice) or 463-3079 (TTY) at least one week in advance. Lane Community College is an equal opportunity/affirmative action institution.
