Get on board with call center customer service training

EUGENE - Lane Community College is offering a Call Center Customer Service course Sept. 10 - Oct. 19. Offered through Lane's Workforce Development Department, this comprehensive course will give students the critical skills needed to qualify for jobs with local call center and customer service employers. Students will learn to serve diverse customers in a global economy and make every customer interaction successful using communication, telephone techniques, and in-depth customer service, marketing and computer skills. The course is ideal for those interested in a career in the call center industry, and who want to learn it quickly. Classes will be held at the Workforce Development Department on Lane's main campus, building 19, room 260. The cost is $758.
