Child Care Provider Network results from LCC-Peacehealth partnership
EUGENE - Lane Family Connections and PeaceHealth Oregon Region have partnered to form the Child Care Provider Network for PeaceHealth. This new program provides PeaceHealth employees with convenient access to highly qualified child care providers in Lane County. Child Care Provider Networks provide many benefits for employees including increased productivity and concentration because PeaceHealth employees are reassured their children are in stable, reliable, quality care settings. Benefits for children enrolled with PeaceHealth Network providers include: care in a safe and healthy environment, developmentally appropriate activities, nurturing and responsive interactions with caregivers and assistance to children with special needs.
Lane Family Connections at Lane Community College is the child care resource and referral program for Lane County that bridges the gap between parents seeking child care and those who provide care to children. LFC coordinates and offers child care provider training as well as a variety of ongoing support to caregivers.
