LCC Foundation plans nursing reunion, searching for grads
EUGENE - Calling all Lane Community College nursing graduates!
Lane is planning the first Nursing Alumni Reunion Luncheon and is seeking program graduates from all years. The event is scheduled for Saturday, May 19, 2007 at the Center for Meeting and Learning on the main campus of Lane Community College.
The college has set up a registration web site for nursing graduates to provide contact information. Lane nursing graduates can find the link to the registration page at: 2011sitearchive.lanecc.edu/hp/nursing/ or they may mail contact information to the Lane Community College Foundation, 4000 E. 30th Ave., Eugene, OR 97405. Questions may be directed to Foundation@lanecc.edu or (541) 463-5538.
In addition to registering for the event, planners are asking alumni for updates. They are also looking for graduates who are willing to share mementos such as their uniforms and class pictures.
Nursing Alumni Reunion Planning Committee members include nursing faculty and alumni and community volunteers. Members are Clarice Bates, Jan Kinman, Mary Lou Lynch, Leslie Noxon, Joyce Young, and Cindy Weeldreyer. Other alumni are invited to assist with event planning.
