Lane Family Connections offers Florence workshop for child care providers
EUGENE - Are you interested in starting a child care business out of your home? Are you already caring for children and want to increase your income? Lane Family Connections is offering a workshop in Florence required for providers who wish to register with the Oregon Child Care Division and receive Department of Human Services Enhanced rates. The workshop, Family Child Care Overview, will be held Saturday September 30, from 9 a.m.-12 noon at EC CARES/Head Start, 2523 Oak Street, Florence.
Lane Family Connections helps providers start and operate a child care business. You will have opportunities for training and professional development to help you become registered with the Child Care Division, develop your business by marketing and advertising and connecting to other community resources, and list your child care business on the Internet. All services are free to child care providers.
