BizCenter workshops cover business plans, and leadership
EUGENE, OR - The BizCenter is offering March workshops.
FRONTLINE LEADERSHIP SERIES, MODULE 7, Reaching for Stellar Service: Build customer loyalty by delivering the service they expect. Time: 1 to 5 p.m., Thursday, March 23. Location: Downtown Center, 1059 Willamette. Instructor: Kathy Hoeg. Cost: $119.
HOW TO BUILD A BUSINESS PLAN, PART 3: Learn to generate the financial statements the bankers want and how to approach lenders. Time: 1 to 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 28. Location: Wildish Building. Instructor: Tom Martin. Cost: $49.
