LCC offers eight-week call center training course

EUGENE - Lane Community College is offering a new eight-week course, "Call Center Customer Service Training," winter term. The course runs January 23 through March 17, 2006. Registration begins December 7.

Offered through Lane's Workforce Development Department, this comprehensive course will give students the critical skills needed to qualify for jobs with local call center and customer service employers. The course is ideal for those interested in a career in the call center industry, and who want to learn it quickly. Classes will be held at the Workforce Development Department at Lane Community College, Building 19, Room 260. The cost is $758. The registration number is 33020.
