Open House at the BizCenter
EUGENE, OR - If it's spring, it must be time for a celebration! Come by the Lane Community College Business Development Center to help us celebrate our community's small businesses at our "Seeds for Success" Open House on Thursday, May 19, from 4:30 to 6 pm.
The highlight of the evening will be our annual Business of the Year awards, with presentations honoring two local businesses as Small Business of the Year and Microenterprise of the Year. Winners will be announced at the Open House.
As part of this festive atmosphere, we will offer an array of hors d'oeuvres and drinks, catered by Lane's Conference and Culinary Services, along with music served up by a jazz combo from the Springfield High School Jazz Band. Sample our clients' successes at a mini-fair, and take advantage of a golden opportunity to network and share stories with fellow business owners. It's also a great way to meet the staff, advisors, and instructors, and check out our amazing resource library with books, forms, pamphlets, Internet access--all at your fingertips to answer just about any business-related question you might have.
