Policy for Complaints about Family Connections of Lane and Douglas Counties’ Services
The Lane Community College Informal Report and Resolution Process and/or the Formal Complaint Procedure outlined in the College Operating Policies and Procedures manual is followed in the event a complaint is reported about the services provided by Family Connections of Lane and Douglas Counties staff.
