Oregon Contraceptive Care (CCare)**

The Lane Community College Health Clinic participates in Oregon's CCare, Contraceptive Care program . This federal program provides FREE contraceptive care services, birth control and reproductive health care to men and women. Our on-line CCare Guide, located below, should answer most of your general questions regarding the program.
The Enrollment Form is required. (.pdf)* Forms are available in English or in Spanish.
Note: If you were born in Oregon and would like the Health Clinic to try to verify your citizenship electronically, please print and fill out the Oregon Birth Information Form (.pdf)*. This form will be used to search for your birth records through Oregon Vital Records and can take several months. If an electronic match is made, you will not need to provide your original birth certificate. Bring the completed form with the CCare Enrollment forms to the Health Clinic, Building 18, Room 101.

CCare Guide
What is CCare? CCare is the acronym for the Oregon Contraceptive Care progrm that was implemented in January of 1999 as a five-year Medicaid project to expand coverage for contraceptive care services. The goal set forth for CCare is to reduce unintended pregnancies and improve the well being of children and families.
Where do I call with questions on eligibility? For questions on determining eligibility, please call the LCC Health Clinic at (541) 463-5665.
Where do I call to make an CCare appointment? To make an CCare appointment, please call the LCC Health Clinic at (541) 463-5665 or visit the Health Center in person. CCare appointments cannot be made by e-mail.
