Learning Experiences - Cooperative Education
Cooperative Education, otherwise referred to as Co-op, is an educational partnership between Lane Community College, the business community, and Lane students. Integrating on-the-job, work experience with academics students earn credit and a grade while working full-time or part-time in positions related to their career and academic goals. Although most Co-op’s are non-paid, they do provide valuable work experience and networking. This often pays off once you complete your formal education and transition into your job search.
