Financial Resources

Financial Resources explores ways to fund your education through grants, loans, scholarship, and employment. Because of the growing expenses associated with your educational pursuit several resources should to be examined.  We will attempt to highlight some of those resources and offer suggestions to better manage what limited monies a college student is likely to have.

As mentioned in the previous module related to financial aid you might consider applying for financial aid. The first step would be completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA). Check out Lane's Financial Aid website for detailed information on the financial aid process.

You can also consult with a staff member at Enrollment Services on the main campus located in Building 1.  Many students qualify for some kind of aid, however government aid can run out quickly so you’ll want to apply as early as possible. This is especially true if your academic goals are dependent on this kind of funding.
