PLACING INTERNAL CALLS
  • Lift handset
  • Dial internal extension

PLACING OUTSIDE CALLS

  • Lift handset
  • Dial 9
  • Dial desired telephone number

CALL TRANSFER

  • Press Flash key
  • Dial extension number
  • Replace handset

CALL HOLD

  • Press HOLD button
  • Replace handset
  • To return to caller, lift handset.

CALL PICKUP

  • Lift handset
  • dial *7 (You are automatically connected to unanswered ringing station in your pickup group)

REDIAL KEY
To retrieve new dial tone without hanging up.

  • Lift handset
  • Press Redial key (the last number will be redialed)

DISCONNECT KEY

  • Press DISC to disconnect without hanging up the handset, or when using a headset.

HANDSET VOLUME

  • Lift handset 
  • Press Volume Bar to adjust volume

TO PROGRAM SPEED DIAL NUMBERS

  • Press and hold STORE key. (you will see "Enter Access No.")
  • Next, press the speed dial key where the desired number will be located.
  • Press STORE again
  • Using the dial pad, enter the number to be stored.
  • After entering the number, press the STORE key.
  • Using the keypad, enter the name associated with the number being programmed and include the pause when needed. (use * for empty space and delete to remove a wrong letter). (Total of 12 characters and spaces).
  • Press the STORE key to store the entry.
  • To exity the program mode, press DISC key.

DELETE A CALL LOG RECORD
(Individual Record)

  • Press up or down arrow keys to activate stored memory. The LCD screen will display a record.
  • Use the up or down arrow to scroll to the caller record that is to be deleted.
  • Press the Delete key once and the LCD will display the question "DELETE?"
  • Press the Delete key a second time to delete.

DELETING ALL STORED CALL RECORDS

  • Press up or down arrow keys to activate the stored memory.
  • Scroll to the first record in memory.
  • Press and hold the Delete key for 6 seconds. The LCD will display the question "DELETE ALL?"
  • Release and press the Delete key again and all the records will be deleted.

THREE PARTY CONFERENCE CALL  

  • Dial first party;
  • When they answer, press FLASH key
  • Dial second party (when they answer) press FLASH key again.
  • Both parties should be connected with you.

SET CALL FORWARD - NO ANSWER

  • Lift handset
  • Dial * 3; receive beeping tone
  • Dial ext number where calls are to forward to (3535 for voicemail); receive steady tone.
  • Replace handset

CANCEL CALL FORWARD - NO ANSWER

  • Lift handset
  • Dial # 3; receive steady tone

SET CALL FORWARD - BUSY 

  • Lift handset
  • Dial *1; receive beeping tone
  • Dial ext number where calls forward to (3535 for voicemail); receive steady tone
  • Replace handset

CANCEL CALL FORWARD - BUSY

  • Lift handset
  • Dial #1; receive steady tone
  • Replace handset

SET CALL FORWARD - ALL CALLS

  • Lift handset
  • Dial *2; receive beeping tone
  • Dial ext number where calls forward to (3535 for voicemail); receive steady tone.
  • Replace handset

CANCEL CALL FORWARD - ALL CALLS

  • Lift handset
  • Dial #2; receive steady tone.
  • Replace handset
