PLACING OUTSIDE CALLS
  • Lift handset
  • Dial 9
  • Dial desired number

PLACING INTERNAL CALLS

  • Lift handset
  • Dial internal extension

CALL HOLD

  • Depress HOLD button
    • Press HOLD again to return to call.

MONITOR

  • Depress MONITOR key to hear dial tone or use as hands-free dialing. (Does not have a speaker for two-way conversation. Can be used for listen only).

CALL TRANSFER

  • Depress FLASH KEY receive beeping tone
  • Dial extension number
  • Replace handset
Note: If you wish to privately announce transfer, wait until the called extension answers, announce the call, then replace handset.
* If unable to transfer, depress FLASH KEY again. Automatically you will be connected with calling party

CONFERENCE CALLING

  • Dial first party
  • After first party has answered
  • Depress FLASH KEY (puts caller on hold)
  • Dial second party (internal or external)
  • After second party has answered
  • Depress FLASH KEY again, a three-party conference call is established

CALL BACK
Upon encountering a busy tone:

  • Depress FLASH KEY
  • Dial * 5; receive steady tone
  • Replace handset
  • When called station becomes idle. or outgoing line becomes available, your telephone will ring 3 rings
  • Lift handset. (The number will be automatically redialed for you)

CANCEL CALL BACK

  • Lift handset
  • Dial *5; receive steady tone
  • Replace handset

CALL PICKUP

  • Lift handset
  • Dial * 7
  • You are automatically connected to unanswered ringing station in your pickup group

CALL FORWARD - ALL CALLS

  • Lift handset
  • Dial * 2; receive beeping tone
  • Dial extension number where calls are to forward (3535 for voicemail), receive steady tone
  • Replace handset

CANCEL CALL FORWARD - ALL CALLS

  • Lift handset
  • Dial # 2; receive steady tone

CALL FORWARD - BUSY

  • Lift handset
  • Dial * 1; receive beeping tone
  • Dial extension number where calls are to forward (3535 for voicemail), receive steady tone
  • Replace handset

CANCEL CALL FORWARD - BUSY

  • Lift handset
  • Dial * 1; receive steady tone

CALL FORWARD - NO ANSWER

  • Lift handset
  • Dial * 3; receive beeping tone
  • Dial extension number where calls are to forward (3535 for voicemail), receive steady tone
  • Replace handset

CANCEL CALL FORWARD - NO ANSWER

  • Lift handset
  • Dial * 3; receive beeping tone

SPEED DIAL NUMBERS
To program a speed dial number:

  • Lift handset
  • Press PROGRAM
  • Press desired speed dial button
  • Dial number to be stored
  • Press PROGRAM to save
  • Return handset to cradle

To access a Speed Dial Number

  • Lift handset
  • Press desired speed dial button
