1.   Previous meeting's minutes reviewed and approved.
2.   Review of last meetings tentatively approved Tech Fee requests.
3.   Science resubmitted with more detail.  It was decided to accept the new submission for review.
4.   Continuing review of Technology Fee fund requests received by October 31.
5.   Review of request approvals.
      Probably yes's re-approved.
      The no's will be asked to resubmit.
      Notification will go out the week of 12/2/02.
