Meeting Minutes

Present: Linda Loft, Cynthia Dietz, Bob Vogel

We discussed the issues around the accounting for the Technical fees from both the Credit and Non credit sources as well as the revenue collected for the M&S and registration fees of the past. Two ideas were discussed:

1] Have a separate account for each of the above revenue streams to better identify the source of the revenue, the amount and help ID the monies and sources to cover those areas specific needs and be able to better track any changes created by the introduction of a standardized fee.

2] The technology fee would have two accounts one for the Credit and one for Non Credit again for tracking and to have a more accountable method of distributing the money toward the revenue generating sources; credit and Non Credit.

The second opinion was to have all three revenue streams go into one account and to supply any and all needs from that one general account.
