CHARTERStephen Pruch reported that ET would consider approving the newest version of the TACT charter at the next ET meeting.
INTERIM PLAN REVIEWThe group read through the draft interim plan and made several small changes. Principal discussion was about the process and format for requesting funding. The changes are reflected in the May 2002 version of the plan which will be published on the web.
BUDGETThe group discussed target amounts and percents for the first year budget. We recognize that this is the first year and a transition year from the old fee structure to the new.
