TACT discussed a draft of a management plan prepared by AVP for IT Stephen Pruch and provided to the team prior to the meeting.  The group decided to focus on the CRITERIA section and spent the remainder of the meeting developing criteria.  Roughly agreed upon criteria were:

1. Technology that impacts students
2. Alignment with college technology plans and initiatives
3. Consideration for the uses of existing fees
4. Consideration of other resources available to the requesting unit
