TACT Web site has been redesigned. Members should look at it and comment.

Members are to review the new Tech Fee Management Plan and get back to Stephen with comments/corrections by 1/13/03. Stephen will incorporate changes and distribute a new draft document.

TACT will hold a campus-wide open forum at the next TACT meeting on January 23 to inform LCC about the new fee management plan, new funding request form, and deadlines for application.  The open meeting is scheduled for 4, but there will be a short regular TACT meeting before the open forum at 3.

It was decided that a TACT goal is to create a new 5-year technology strategy for the college.  Members will go through the plan and update goals and objectives.  TACT will call for open campus-wide meetings for input into the technology plan. TACT will then update the 5-year plan and post to the Web site. An online comment form will be provided from the site so that comments can be submitted.
