This chapter includes the timelines that the Students First! Implementation Planning Team developed to illustrate the start and end dates for each recommendation.

Detailed revised action plans for each recommendation are in Appendix C. Each action plan is intended to serve as an outline for the implementation team in their work with individuals and teams responsible for implementing the recommendation. The implementation team will be responsible for setting milestone dates to monitor progress and ensure success. As implementation progresses, the plans will be refined and modified.

The timelines are organized by the categories described in Chapter Three as follows:

  • overall - all recommendations
  • infrastructure
    • services to students organization
    • information dissemination
  • enrollment and retention
    • admissions application and processing
    • new student information sessions
    • placement testing services
    • college-wide advising system
    • career and work information center
    • support and diversity services
  • financial transactions
    • billing statement
    • charges, payments and adjustments, and cashiering
    • credit policy
    • federal loan processes
