Overview of Revised Action Plans

As explained in Chapter Five, the Implementation Team developed revised action plans for implementation of each recommendation. Each action plan is intended to serve as an outline for the implementation team in their work with individuals and teams responsible for implementing the recommendation. As implementation progreses, the plans will be refined and modified. The action plans are arranged in categories as defined in Chapter 3.

Each action plan is presented in the following format:

  • Due Date: when the recommendation will be completely implemented
  • Tasks: the tasks that need to be executed to make the recommendation happen
  • By Whom: the individuals who need to be involved in each task
  • By When: a start and end date for each task
  • Resources Required: an estimate of technology, professional services, or programming resources required to support the tasks.
