Confidentiality Statement
Family Connections of Lane and Douglas Counties maintains information in a confidential manner as required by our State, Federal and local government contracts and our lead agency, Lane Community College. Information collected from clients using our services is held in a statewide database that is password-protected by our prime contractor, Oregon Child Care Resource and Referral Network. It is used for statistical and program evaluation purposes only; personal information is kept strictly confidential. Our methods of record archival and disposal are in compliance with College, County, State and federal laws which may include shredding before disposal.
