PeaceHealth Provider Network
Lane Community College and Family Connections of Lane and Douglas Counties in partnership with PeaceHealth Oregon region are working together to build the availability of quality child care through the Child Care Provider Network for PeaceHealth. PeaceHealth employees will have access to a variety of experience providers dedicated to professional development in a variety of settings and locations. Child Care Centers and Family Child Care Providers may apply for the Network. The following criteria must be met in order to be a part of the network.
- Provider must have been providing child care for at least one year
- Must be willing to prioritize and enroll PeaceHealth families
- Provider must have or be willing to obtain general liability/daycare insurance
- Be a step 5 or higher on the Oregon Registry
- Must be willing to participate in ten hours of professional development activities above the state requirements and create a professional development plan
- Enroll in a professional organization such as: Provider Resource Organization (PRO), Oregon School Age Coalition (OSAC), or Oregon Association of Early Childhood Education (OAEYC), etc...
- Agree to commit to the network for at least one year
- Must be willing to participate in all components of the program
Providers enrolled in the Child Care Provider Network will have access to:
- Financial stipends based on the number of PeaceHealth families enrolled
- Scholarships for trainings
- Access to community resources and services
