Learning Communities Leadership Team (LCLT) The Learning Community Leadership Team (LCLT) is dedicated to advancing the quality and quantity of learning community experiences on campus. The LCLT is a dynamic group of Lane staff from many instructional and student service areas who are committed to supporting learning communities. While the Leadership Team is formally charged with the duty of approving Learning Community applications, in reality it acts as an internal consulting team to ensure the success of learning communities at Lane. The LCLT is a great resource for faculty and staff interested in working on development of a new learning community, or in improving one already in place. We invite all Lane faculty and staff to come to meetings and consult with the team on ideas. LCLT Membership for 2009-10 Anne McGrail, Learning Communities Coordinator, Instructor, Language, Literature and Communication
